Purpose : Identifying the influence of perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, and satisfaction the continuous usage intention among users of online health communities.
Methods : Data was collected from 134 online health community users with chronic disease. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program.
Result : Multiple linear regression showed, that satisfaction(¥â£½.640, p£¼.001) and perceived usefulness(¥â£½.170, p£¼.05) affect the continuous usage intention. However, the expectation confirmation(¥â£½.136, p£½.069) was not statistically significant.
Conclusion : As a result of the study, it was found that the perceived usefulness and satisfaction had a significant effect on the continuous usage intention. However, the interpretation of the effect of expectation confirmation on continuous usage intention was not identified in this study, but may be possible to identify in an additional study.
